    Heat in microwave until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees and fish flakes with a fork.
    Remove plastic wrap. Lift lid and turn slightly to rest on rim of container. Heat in microwave only.
    Thawed- Heat 2- 2 ½ minutes or until 145 degrees.
    Frozen- Set microwave at 50% power and heat for
    5-6 minutes or until center reaches 145 degrees.
