  • Diced chicken breast, brown rice, quinoa, peas, carrots and Apricot Glaze (apricots, high fructose corn syrup,corn syrup, pectin, citric acid) Chili Sauce (sugar, water, chili, vinegar, garlic salt, guargum) cilantro, scallions, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper.
  • Meals should remain frozen until ready for use. Best results are obtained by thawing product prior to heating. For food safety reasons, always thaw meals in refrigerator.

     Heating instructions for single serve microwave meals -Remove plastic wrap. Lift lid and turn slightly to rest on rim of container. Heat in microwave only.
    Thawed- Heat 2- 2 ½ minutes or until 165 degrees.

    Frozen- Set microwave at 50% power and heat for 5-6 minutes or until center reaches 165 degrees.
