• Lean ground beef, eggs, ketchup, rolled oats, green pepper, onion, salt, pepper, brown sugar, cider vinegar, mustard, russet potatoes, beef gravy.

• Best results are obtained by thawing product prior to heating. For food safety reasons, always thaw meals in refrigerator.
  Heating instructions for single serve microwave meals -Remove plastic wrap. Lift lid and turn slightly to rest on rim of container. Heat in microwave only.
  Thawed- Heat 2- 2 ½ minutes or until 145 degrees.
