    Heat in microwave until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
    Thawed 2-3 minutes      Frozen 5-6 minutes
    Double Size Oven Classic Meal
    Thaw in refrigerator. If dish has a plastic lid, remove lid and cover with foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake covered 25-30 minutes or until meal reaches 165 degrees.
