  • Yellow rice, beef mixture (tomatoes, onion, corn, black beans, pinto beans, jalapenos, lime juice, cilantro, crushed red pepper, garlic), cream cheese, shredded cheese, enchilada sauce (tomato paste, sugar, salt, spices), flour tortillas (wheat flour, vegetable shortening, palm oil, salt, corn starch), scallions, diced red pepper.
  • Meals should remain frozen until ready for use. Best results are obtained by thawing product prior to heating. For food safety reasons, always thaw meals in refrigerator.
    Single Size Microwavable Meal
    Heat in microwave until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
    Thawed 2-3 minutes      Frozen 5-6 minutes

    Double Size Oven Classic Meal
    Heat in oven until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
    Thaw in refrigerator. If dish has a plastic lid, remove lid and cover with foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake covered 30-35 minutes or until meal reaches 165 degrees.
