  • Diced chicken breast, brown rice, quinoa, broccoli, red bell pepper, Apricot Glaze (apricots, high fructose corn syrup,corn syrup, pectin, citric acid) Chili Sauce (sugar, water, chili, vinegar, garlic salt, guargum) cilantro, scallions, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper.
  • Meals should remain frozen until ready for use. Best results are obtained by thawing product prior to heating. For food safety reasons, always thaw meals in refrigerator.

    Heat in microwave until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
    Thawed 2-3 minutes      Frozen 5-6 minutes

    Thaw in refrigerator. If dish has a plastic lid, remove lid and cover with foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake covered 30-35 minutes or until meal reaches 165 degrees.
